Retirement Annuity ****

This company lies to it's clients. My father opened a retirement annuity years ago and after his passing liberty told us to claim and informed us of the procedures and we followed them. Then we were told that the claim was processed and would be completed in 7 - 15 working days. Then suddenly they said they are waiting for other siblings to claim, with this they claimed that they found them only to find out that the email they claimed to be communicating with was not working. Then they said they are processing claims because the other siblings had claimed too. And out of nowhere the story changed and they claimed that the other people hadn't claimed and so we had to wait. Even though according to their guidelines it says that whomever claims gets the payout and the rest follow suit should they claim. They have been delaying this process for 2 years now knowing fully well that in 2025 the retirement annuity will lapse thus causing us to pay a penalty from the annuity plan. Don't fall for their tricks without checking! It's all good when they take your money but so damn hard when they have to give it back!!
