Liberty life insurance company has no other way of communicating with clients phoning them emailing them don't work Only when it's a review they communicate I'm really frustrated I have the letter of authority what now! One person said open a late estate account next person said send the copy of the letter of authority with bank details I want to know what should I sent I've send my bank details and the letter of authority to God knows who because it's an automatic response Please can someone please make contact regarding my mom's claim I'm tired of explaining to different people what my issue is I've waited one year for the letter of authority at the master of the high court.please it is frustrating if someone calls from cape town to Johannesburg to 5 different numbers and nobody is available for days.
