Resolved Withdrawal Issue - Thanks Liz!

I would like to thank Liz Badenhorst and co. from the Customer Liaison department for all the swift assistance with my withdrawal claim.

After leaving an unfriendly review here a week ago or so, she ensured to contact me almost immediately to resolve my issue with Liberty.

I would encourage anyone who has a query to ensure you send all the required documentation, ask the necessary questions and follow up frequently to speed up the process of resolving your issue. A little bit of patience and understanding goes a long way.
