Resignation package yet to be paid

If I could rate them a zero I would... I resigned over a month ago and I'm still to receive my resignation package, which they keep stalling everytime I call and don't respond to my emails. I was told it will be paid in within 7 days, its over a month now!! Please give me my rightful earned money or you'll hear from my lawyers. I can't be calling you every day with money I don't have for something that's rightfully mine.
