Request ignored

I have a problem with liberty, there is a problem with my debit order, my debit order didn't go off this month, and I have called them to resubmit the debit order but until today it hasn't gone through and it puts me at risk because if something happens, they won't cover me. It's not happening for the first time. I want them fix the problem as soon as possible.
