Request for statement and quotation not fulfilled

(Please note - note of what I requested is available on the self-service channel)

I requested detailed transaction statements for both my RA's together with quotations to make both paid up, from Liberty on 2020/01/17.

I received the statement for one RA on 2020/01/20 but no quote - nothing for the 2nd RA. I emailed them again to request the statement and quotes on 2020/01/21. Followed up on 2020/01/28 and received feedback on same day that my request for policy calculation request was received and will be processed within 2 working days.

On 2020/01/30 I received and apology from a member of Specialist Technical Services for the delay and undertaking to provide feedback as soon as possible. By 2020/02/07 I emailed again to request feedback and just received the generic acknowledgement. Nothing since...
