report without facts

i am dissapponted in the service I got from liberty. I was diagnosed with stage 2 AV block Arrythmias in October 2014. I have a living lifestyle plus and Arrythmias is covered under dread disease.<br> <br> i submitted all my paper work through my broker with the supporting documents. I was given forms to get my 5 year medical aid transactional history. i only submitted one year medical aid as I didnt have medical aid prior to that. I offered to submit my medical report from all the GPs that I had consulted with for the past 5 years.<br> <br> I sent other forms to my cardiologists. Before he had even filled them in, I recieved an email to say my claim was unsuccessful. I questioned my broker as well the person who wrote the report. i was informed they had recieved my medical report. To my findings, my Cardiologist had not released any results. when I questioned who they got the results from, They told me about a doctor I had never heard off. <br> <br> They were quick to respond and tell me that I don't have Arrhythmias without my cardiologists report. <br> <br> How can Liberty respond to a client with false information and without waiting to recieve the rest of the documents they required me submit.
