Repeated unsolicited spam despite complaints

I am J.F. Potgieter. Liberty Life has started sending Liberty policy e-mails intended for S.J. Potgieter on 23 July. I politely drew their attention to it and they rep**** that they would remove my name from their list and amend S.J. Potgieter's details on their system. However, this did not happen and I again received mail for S.J. Potgieter on 15, 23 and 25 September. Each time I grew more irate and I was repeatedly reassured by Liberty Life that they would remove my name from their system, which they have not done. I believe such repeated unsolicited spam, despite repeated requests to stop, contravenes my rights in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
