Relentless telemarketer

I don't know where they got my number from, but no matter how much you say you are not interested the telemarketer does not shut up and actually let you finish a sentence. I want liberty to TAKE ME OFF their marketing list. If the telemarketer would let me get in a ****** word to tell him as much I would have, but unfortunately, he doesn't.
