Regarding position

Well where to start, my partner app**** for a position as receptionist at the company 2 times. First time he app**** he never got a response back from Melanie she never called him back with feedback regarding the position. Then in the second occasion which was yesterday 2 Septemer 2020, he finally went for an interview and was told when he went in for the interview that the position was filled internally and as per Melanie she said she forgot to call him back to inform him that the position was filled, Who does that? We wasted money to go to the interview and she just does not give a hoot.
