Refuses to Refund Money

I cancelled my own your life rewards program. I paid for January and am therefore entitled to my gym rebate for then. However, Own Your Life Rewards is now refusing to refund my money as per our contract which states that we will be refunded by no later than the 15th of each month. I received nothing from them by the 11th so I called in and was told they can only help me after the 15th and that I must call by the 16th. I was assured that I would receive my refund on that day. I called in today and spoke to Sibusiso who tells me that they can only refund my money in 10 working days. They are in breach of contract. They inform me that they only process refunds on cancelled accounts if the client calls in to query this. They also confirmed that this is not part of the contract. Talk about a dishonest and ********* company. They also made me wait for 41 minutes before giving me any proper feedback. Liberty you are in breach of contract and don't even have a satisfactory reason as to why?? I want my refund processed immediately. If this is Liberty's fine print, I'm transferring all my policies immediately. I'm not waiting for retirement to get a surprise when it's too late.
