Refuse to pay Provident fund

I am disgusted that with leaving my employer in February and submitting all my documents to withdraw my Provident fund that liberty is giving me the run around back and forth asking me for the same details such as my ID number or the date of my last contribution and I've provided this on numerous occasions and still they will come back for the same information with its been nearly 2months can I have my money now
