Refusal to release my savings by Liberty

To whom it may concern.

I've been having a retirement fund with Liberty and been unhappy with them and decided to move to a different company. For the past two months I haven't been contributing anymore but they are refusing to release my money to the new company saying it's ******* while they have done it for my colleagues 3months ago. How is it ******* to save my money with a company of my choice, it's money I have been paying in. My former financial advisor from Liberty Abby Mphato is just dilly dalling and telling me the matter is at legal. I just want my money out of Liberty into my new chosen company that's all. I want nothing to do with Liberty. I have started contributing to the new company and want my money transferred. I've written to few people there but am not getting any joy. Liberty please release my money am not happy with your services.
