Refusal of payment on funeral claim

I submitted a claim of my brother in-law on the 4th August 2022 and I haven't been paid even. I thought this matter would've been solved by now as it's been a while. I'm disappointed with Liberty service that I'm experiencing with this claim. My daughter is a beneficiary Anelisa Mapongwana. I would like this matter to be solved and move on with our lives.
