Refund still not paid back

Liberty life.debited my account for which they were informed over a.month ago that my policy will be.moved to a better service provider

This debit has added me to be out of pocket and another debit order to be returned thus incurring bank charges on top of this

I've seen almost 3k be debited by ibery wrongfully as well as my new service provider

Leaving me with a double debit and short changed.

I only recieve automated responses and no concrete fixes or any call back

The service at Liberty is deteriorating daily.

I will never advise anyone to use them
