Refund payment delay and excuses

Good day I hope some one in the liberty life group can read this. As a matter of fact I have been struggling to get a refund from them as emails have been send back and forth gess what I think qll this ppl have been trained to say sir or madam can u pls send us ur details so we can investigate but never get back to u I have had to claim for my mom's cover qnd to my surprise she was still on waiting period after 6 mnts but the contract said 3 mnts now my refund no1 answer my calls and financial advisors his landlines and cell is off What do I do move my 20 year bisness or keep paying to be messed around liberty from me to u ill never recomend u to any of my friends or fam as u quick to take policy's but when claiming u do fault finding
