Refund payment

I app**** for refunds of my investment and funeral policy on the 17 May 2023 and sent necessary documents required and even now im still waiting and im getting the same answer that I was given on the on the 24th May.... I am really disappointed with the service I'm getting from Liberty.. They are quick to debit my money
