Refund claim no communication at all

I am writing to massage with a heavy heart frustration and disappointment with the unacceptable level of the quietness of the Company towards my Claim.since the claim their has been lack of communication on your Side have not received any proper updates on the status of my query. All means of follow up has been totally up to me. From such a big brand it's unacceptable to leave a client in the dark, forcing them to chase . I even had to leave my commitments and visit their offices after I sent email after email with no response.to find out that the person that assisted me with the claim ( buyie mvelase ) did read my email but chose to ignore me. The reason I know why she ignored me is because when I was being helped by someone else she did mention to them that she received my email.its just disgusting because when clients don't make payment it's easier to drop them but when it's the other way around.
