Refund At Liberty Life, No Accountability, No Turn Around Times, Nobody Cares

I cancelled a policy with Liberty Life, however, due to some technicalities the policy continues to collect premiums. The process of seeking refunds ensued with premium collections made. I have provided proof of premiums collected since the last refund. These premiums are related to July, August and September. An agent advised that July refund was included in earlier refund before request for same is made. Assuming that is correct,although I am in disbelief because my numbers don't add up. Liberty gives me a refund for one month, undetermined month since no one can explain, therefore,no account for another month. My attempts to get explanation or recover a month's premium collected have been unsuccessful. Agents advise that the matter is being escalated. On 20 October, I requested to speak to manager who undertook to give some feedback by end of day, to no avail. In an email response I was told refund has been made without justification for an accounted month. This has been a painful and miserable experience. I have been subjected to sending and resending documents provided. Explaining and re-explaining. This happens whilst I am alive, I cannot imagine how one can be treated at death.
