Refund and cancellation

Good day.My name is Singo Priscilla born on the 30th September 1985. I took a policy with liberty funeral cover of my grandmother Maphanga Mushahatoni who passed away in August 2022. She passed away before the lapsing of the waiting period and Liberty states that you will receive all premiums payed. I payed from May until November but they payed from June to September.They owe me , May,October and November. And I've sent them all the payslips. But the are saying they payed what's due to me, but they are not checking their records and the policy is still active and deducting after my grandmother passed away. Please help me and I just want my money back and for that policy to be cancelled. My ID no is ***
