Refund
I am very disappointed by the service I am receiving from Libcare. I was supposed to be paid out of my medical aid refund end of November. We are on the 21st of December I have not received my refund all I am getting is excuses from Libcare.

23 Dec 2021, 06:37Still i have not received my refund after i was told that the funds were released on the 18th of December and today it is 23rd of December. Liberty Medical aid is pathetic they dont know how to treat their clients.
