Opened a policy with Liberty in 2009. Obviously, over the years I’ve changed jobs and contact details.

Over a month ago, I contacted Liberty to request my policy details so I could review it. I was told to complete a form to update my information — which I did immediately.

A month later… still no feedback on my policy. Nothing.

What’s frustrating is that while they can’t handle a simple admin request, they have no problem debiting my account every month without fail.

This is extremely poor service.
