Reckless Call Center Agents

I have been getting missed calls from ********** 000.

I searched the number and discovered that it is Liberty Life.

On 11 February 2019 and at 10:46:12 I got an sms that I had a missed call again and that I have a voice message from that very number. When I retrieved the voice mail, it was a call centre agent, clearly talking to a colleague, about confidential salary information and internal team management.

I suggest someone at Liberty take control of such incidents and calls such agents to order, Such information in the wrong hands can be detrimental to Liberty's integrity and reputation.
