Re-routed policy

I Malufu Maria Fini have funeral policy with Liberty I started the policy in 218 to my surprise I recently found out that the same policy was started in 2021 I don't know by who when I called liberty head they said they will investigate and come back to me till this day I didn't get what I was looking for every time they will say that they still investigating and I reported the matter last year in October 2023
