RA withdrawal

I app**** for a withdrawal from my RA and received a confirmation of transfer. After four working days and still no payment, I called and was told the system did not release the payment. When asked why the reply was I dont know. . . So another request to release was made and now I have to wait ANOTHER 2 working days. The service is terrible. No interest. Customer Service? What is that???
