RA not reflecting contibutions

Bad experience, I have been with liberty for over 12 years, and 2 years back I opened an RA, been contributing to the RA for almost 3 years now. This year a requested my Tax certificate and was advise that the policy was paid update and the monthly premium that I'm paying is seated as credit
