Quick sale with no aftersales support (Pathetic)

I took out a investment portfolio with Nombulelo which I had been referred to by a friend, the condition was she would assist with my mum's winding of the estate which was high priority and since then she had made some development and in December I received a call saying she has received the docs from the person that was assisting and she will feedback in the following, since then I made numerous calls and no answer eventually I called numerous times and she mentioned she cant talk her mum is in ICU and I told her twice refer me to someone else because this is critical and to date still no response, she was busy with a life policy for me and that is also hanging in the air with no follow up or closure, I have given up with liberty as this is the 2nd time I am giving Liberty a chance and now again poor service and no transparency the consultants is just quick to do a sale and now that the one product is quick because its a investment and now I am sitting with two open points and nothing is being done about by the *********** consultant. I hope I will get feedback I even spoke to a person that did a service satisfaction and gave poor ratings because of the service I am receiving.
