Your services are really something... After they pay out when someone passed away they keep on deducting the monthly fee. Worst of all is they are deducting from my grandparents that is only earning pension. I have e mailed multiple times i have called as well just to be told they are sorry i need to wait untill a consultant calls me back they have received my e mail they are on a back log. I have patiently waiting for call for a month and a half now, still no response this is discusting. Where is your customer service...
