pure passing the buck mentality from liberty

with regards to my claim for dread disease cover and critical illness benefit , liberty has once again acted unhonourably ....they now say that my policy was not in force at that time , what a lie , and they now say the file is closed. When i took my new life policy with them , why did liberty load my premium WHICH LEAD ME TO TAKE OUT ONLY R 500 000 ,00 ON MY NEW POLICY ....

it seems their clendestine behaviour seeps through to all clients , even my moms policies were erraneously ' SVE" BY LIBERTY...MORE AND PEOPLE THAT I SPEAK TO, HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THEM.....

I WILL CANCEL MY CURRENT LIFE POLICY WITH THEM , AND I SURELY WILL INSTIGATE ALL THOSE UNHAPPY PEOPLE TO CHANGE...

HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING

there has to be a full scale investigation in the manner in which they conduct business.... we the hard working consumer is ********** by these coperate bullies
