Provident funds Delay and poor communication

Good day HelloPeter Team, I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Liberty Provident Fund regarding the delay in processing my provident fund payout.To date, I have still not received my money and I have been trying repeatedly to get assistance. The most frustrating part is that every time I contact their consultants, I receive different stories and no clear answers. Some consultants tell me that no claim form was received, while others say they do not know why my payout is not processed. There is no proper communication, no accountability, and no one is giving me a direct answer or a solution.This situation has caused me serious stress,. This money is important for my daily living needs, and the delays are affecting me financially.

Liberty to urgently: Confirm whether my claim forms and supporting documents were received, and provide the date received,Confirm if anything is outstanding from my side,Provide the exact reason for the delay, and Give me a clear timeframe for payment.

At this stage I just need a clear and honest answer and for my provident fund to be paid out without further delay.
