Provident fund withdrawal

My employer has submitted a provident fund claim on my behalf and I was given information that it will only take 10working days from the time they recieved my documents. These documents were sent to liberty life on the 25th November 2020 and I have still been waiting since than. The worst case senario is I am currently unemployed and only hoping on them to pay my provident fund. I have sent numerous emails to enquire about my application status but I was told about a process of printing out documents to fill in and scan back and send to them by Tonny Kedikilwe,Are they saying that a person that is allowed to enquire or complain is one who has access to printers and money to be going to internet cafe's? This process is not treating every client equally and is oppressing those who are not privileged. All I want is my money to be paid as I've been waiting for far too long and have been paying this provident fund for +7years. One has things to do in this december and so many responsibilities while my life is stuck waiting on liberty life.
