Provident Fund Payout Problems

On the 25th on May 2015 I left the company I had been working for the HR lady sent me my Liberty Life provident fund papers to fill so I can be paid out and the papers stated I'd be paid out in 4-6 weeks , 3 weeks later I called Justin Dixon who works for Capital a company administering the claims on behalf of Liberty Life , who said my tax number provided by my previous company was incorrect I than called SARS who gave me the correct tax number I called Justin and gave him the correct tax number , he advised that my claim will be processed and paid out in 3 days .3 days came and gone I kept calling him and he kept saying his checking my claim and will call me back , for a week this went on till I decided to call the Liberty life offices myself spoke to a lady called Rukshana who advised that my claim was with the payments department and will be processed in 24 I should have my payouts ,I'm still waiting and when I call I keep getting the run around .Alomost 12 weeks since I left my company I'm still in the dark about my provident fund payout .
