Provident fund issues

My provident fund is with Liberty right, so the issue that I have with them is that I resigned on the 11th of November my documents were sent through to liberty on that day, a week later I call liberty for a follow up and to find out when I’ll payed out, a lady then informed me that the system does not pick up my documents she asked me to resend them I then emailed them but only received a response a day later to confirm that they have received them and that I’ll be payed within 10 working days the latest day will be the 8th cool, I call them today to find out if everything is in order I then get informed that my previous employer needs to make a last contribution for December which will be on the 7th then from there on I’ll wait another 10 days to be payed, now I’m furious because my other colleagues received their payout within 3 days I tell her that she then tells me that she can’t comment on that, while I wanted to know what’s the difference, I’m so disappointed cause the service is bad I have to call them all the time and when I do I speak to someone different saying something way different
