Provident Fund Claim not Paid

My Provident Fund was Invested with Liberty and After I resigned I had to claim it from Liberty and till today no one has contacted me . I logged a query on Facebook and No one Bothered to Call me . I might not be much but it can but a Bread. I need those funds before end of this week . . So much of a bad Service and taking people for granted . Thanks
