Provident fund claim

Hi I'm writing this email with sadness as I have already wrote one. I'm not happy with the fact that I'm getting continuous emails stating my claim has not been finalized but I have submitted all necessary documents.

The last email I got stated everything will be done by this coming Thursday but got an email stating it has not been finalized. Tell me what is happening.
