Provident fund claim

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my claim submitted on the 27th of October. Since lodging this claim, I have experienced nothing but delays, a lack of communication, and no clear feedback on the progress of my case.

It is unacceptable that more than a month has passed without proper updates or resolution. I trusted Liberty with my financial wellbeing, yet the handling of this claim has shown poor urgency and customer care. I have made several follow-ups, but the responses have been slow, unhelpful, and inconsistent.

As a loyal client, I expected a more professional, transparent, and efficient claims process. I am highly dissatisfied with how my case has been managed and urge Liberty to improve their turnaround time, communication, and accountability.

I hope my review will prompt immediate action and better service for myself and other clients in the future.
