Provident Fund Cancelation and Payout

I Cancelled my provident fund with my current employer at the end of May. It is now the end of August and I have still not received my money from Liberty. I understand that it is a process that takes some time but it is now 3 months later and that is quite ridiculous.

There is no interest on my money for the past 3 months and there is no progress report on the status of my pay out.
