Provident fund

I worked for rainmaker for 4 years and we had a provident fund with Liberty and last year it was terminated due to that my ex boss failed to pay the fund but he was deducting from my salary for 4 months, i filled out a termination form and send it to Liberty and now they claim that they never received it where else last year i followed up on it and a lady call Tshidiso send me the status of my termination and how much i should expect from my termination apart from the money that my ex boss didn't contribute, my problem is that Liberty dont wanna take action about the situation they saying i have to wait until my ex boss pay the outstanding money, and they not even saying when all they saying is that is should wait,for how long ? why should i suffer from something that as nothing to do with me, please assist. the fund administrator is Manish Parbhoo his working for Liberty ***or my bosses office *** Peter Moloko
