provided fund

I like you to help me regrading my provided fund that is hanging in Liberty without my concern I apparently they receive an email from my ex husband saying he wants half of my provided money because he is divorcing me they only got an email no court order or any documents as a prove .As client was not called or informed by this and I'm failing to understand how will I wait to be giving the money I'm sure since 2020 that day they haven't heard a word from him but i have to suffer
