Provide funds

My mom really been asking for her policy refund for over months now every week been told should give them 5 work days till date nothing has been done, this is her provided funds she worked hard for that money. Her Ref *** Worst a guy called Bakang told her they should go 50%/50%.this not exceptable my mum worked hard for her money..
