Profident Fund

Good evening,

My name is Nombasa Mabombo, I used to work for Teleperfornance SA for almost 3 years. I would like to lay a complaint on Liberty I have been paying my provident fund for almost 3 years and when I resigned at Teleperformance at the end of January I then app**** for my provident fund to be released in March, but I am still waiting till today. I spoke to an agent that works for Liberty 3 weeks ago but still waiting. Today I called Liberty and I was advised that my funds will not be released, after the back and forward with them. I find this unprofessional and very low for them to not communicate with me. Please help me I am not working and I am the breadwinner in my household. Help me please!
