Procrastination

I posted the same complaint two weeks ago concerning the continued delay on my withdrawal of pension benefits and at this point the employer terminated my contract. The last contribution from my salary was made at the end of August 2014. I am referred from pillar to post, I will be referred to Jacqueline Kau, Mercy Mazibuko and back to the broker called Tsietso Mmutle. I was promised that the claim will be done within 14 days after I wrote a report on this site but still this day it has not been processed.
