Pride Life i dont know if they are making excuses to pay out my funeral claim and send statement that it is not uptodate

No Pay out for funeral claim I had 2 policies with Pride Life and their underwriter is Liberty Life and when I send my claim for my late sister, to Pride Life and my consultant Dimakatso was very helpful at first and she was continuously calling on my mobile to send my claim forms out of nowhere she send Liberty is not going to make payment because I am owing June 2019, I forwarded my statement and she came back again and send me the 2017 when I joined, that was a great shock as I was not aware of that and she is the one that send me the policy that has no finish probation and now when I called her yesterday 26 August 2019, she is telling me that she is waiting for Liberty Life verdict, while she was calling and sending me emails daily asking me to send my claim really I am so disappointed with Pride Life from Nomsa Miya
