Premium relief not given

Very upset with Liberty, we app**** for relief due to the fact that my husband has been retrenched and were promised that until September we will not be debited on our retirement annuity. For both this month and last month we were debited anyways, despite having filled in the correct forms, so now we have to chase Liberty down for a refund and fill in even more forms and now struggle with the fact that we haven't even been refunded for last month and are really in a bad position financially because money that we had not budgeted for being deducted is gone out of our account. This is ridiculous.
