Premium always debited early

<p>I have a funeral cover with Liberty Life wherein my premium should always be deducted on the 25th of each as agreed with them; I'm angry now because for the second time it has gone off my account way earlier than that. The only exception should be when the 25th falls on a public holiday or weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>What irritates me the most is that one of the managers there called Ashley assured me that this would be corrected...but alas it has happened again. He told me they have a system called Qlink that detects if there's money in my bank account and if there is it will be deducted; is this even legal?</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm very angry and need a speedy resolution to this or else am cancelling this nonsense.</p>
