Poor service with Liberty

I'm unhappy with the service I've been receiving regarding my Provident fund claim. I've been calling the call centre numerous times but no one can give me a valuable response. They said I will be paid 7 January but when I follow up today payment has not been made. Robin said her manager would call me. Still haven't received that call. Such an inconvenience on my side as I'm eagerly waiting for the money.
