Poor service they lie

Extremely poor customer service from Liberty.

I’ve contacted Liberty multiple times regarding an outstanding query, and every time I’m told it has been “escalated.” I’ve now been told this around five times, yet weeks later, there is still no resolution or meaningful feedback.

I shouldn’t have to keep chasing Liberty for a response. An escalation should mean someone actually takes ownership of the issue.

Very disappointing service and extremely frustrating as a customer.
