Poor Service. Stash by Liberty

I am very disappointed by the service , I requested for a withdrawal on Wednesday last week and on the weekend I received a message stating that there's no bank account linked to my account even though there was and I linked it again. I sent an email but there is no reply. Even this day , I have not received my my mone and I am desperately in need of it.
