POOR SERVICE - ******
To whom it may concern I have been writing & contacting Liberty life for months regarding my policy Liberty Life not only ****** me for an extra premium, but they paid me out less than what I put in. That means the money didn’t grow in value, it actually decreased in value. i have sent them attachment of my calculations done on excel as well. As a client of Liberty life, i was asked my them to do a breakdown. DO YOU NOT HAVE MY PREMIUMS ON RECORD? But i have still taken the time, and emailed everything thru.
The information clearly shows that I was paid out for 60 months only. I have been extremely tolerant with Liberty Life and their inaccuracy and inefficiency. I am giving Liberty by the end of this week to refund my 61st premium.
Neville Chetty as a Financial advisory, was also unable to rectify this issue. IT IS A CONCERN, and it should be a concern to everyone who does take up policies with Liberty life. THIS MATTER HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE LAST YEAR. i would kindly appreciate if someone could get back to me with an answer.
