Poor service received from liberty group

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from liberty group south africa. My recent withdrawal request was completely mishandled, causing unnecessary delays and stress. What’s worse, the customer support team was unhelpful and showed no urgency in resolving the matter. Communication was poor, with vague explanations and no clear timelines given.

As a member, I expect professionalism, accountability, and respect for my time – none of which I experienced here. This level of service is unacceptable, and it has completely destroyed my trust in the liberty
